Track Radius Calculations
Rail Bending
In laying curved track, it is important to get a good arc for a continuous curve. A curve made by bending rail at the two ends results in a parabolic shape. Therefor, a rail bender is preferred. Details on how to properly bend rail and determine radius is listed in the this document.
