An exciting opportunity has presented itself and I need to make room which means C&0 701 is available for sale. Built by Wayne Godshall and was first fired up on July 29, 2023, at Mill Creek Central Railroad. After its initial run, it arrived at its current home at North Georgia Live Steamers in Conyers, Georgia just east of Atlanta. The locomotive is coal-fired and has about 57 hours of run time on it burning about 600 lbs. of coal. What is included:
Complete locomotive and tender. The tender has air brake control along with an onboard battery for locomotive and cab lights. A rolling stand for locomotive along with a separate stand for the tender. Each stand is about 7 feet long and is tall enough to roll the locomotive in and out of the back of a pick-up truck.
