NGLS: Board Member Election Redo

On Sunday, January 24, 2021 at 8 p.m. electronic voting closed to approve the nomination for the three (3) board positions open during the 2021 term. A total of 26 Full members cast a unanimous vote to approve the nominees for the 2021 board positions. At this time, we have opened voting to vote for up to three people for the open board member positions. Voting will take place electronically between Monday, January 25, 2021 through Friday, February 5, 2021 at 8 p.m. Anyone who has not voted at that time can do so during our February club meeting on Saturday, February 6, 2021 at 1 p.m. All persons voting must be Full members and have had paid the 2021 dues by the January 9, 2021 meeting.

In addition to the nominees being approved a vote was also taken electronically regarding what our 2021 ticket prices should be for riders. Out of the 26 Full members who voted on this matter 64.3% voted in favor of keeping the ticket prices at $2 per person per ride while 35.7% voted to raise the prices to $3 per person per ride. At this point the 2021 per person ride price will remain at $2.
