The Kentucky Steam Heritage Corporation will be holding its annual Ravenna RailROAD Festival Saturday, September 10th and Sunday, September 11th. The organization is also working on restoring the Chesapeake and Ohio Railroad (C&O) 2716 locomotive. This locomotive was the 17th out of a group of 90 engines ordered between 1943 and 1947.
